New York State Pistol Permit applications can be downloaded directly from our website. Fingerprinting for pistol permits is done by appointment only (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9am – 12pm) at our Headquarters located at the Albany County Courthouse 16 Eagle Street Albany, NY 12207.
